Customized Cover Letter We customize a specific cover letter for your school, that's approved by you. The letter can be printed in both English and Spanish and is included in each brochure packet. Complete Brochure Packets Completely collated and ready to hand out to each student. This packet contains all the materials and information needed for the sale. Kick Off Assembly (available in California and Nevada) We conduct an assembly for your students explaining the program. Kick Off Kit Colorful Posters - We provide colorful posters to advertise your sale. Order Reconciliation All you need to do is count the money. We will tally the orders and verify each order with the amount of money received. Our easy-to-use NCR order form allows you to keep a copy. No tallying or cross checking is required by you. Turning In Your Order We will provide you with a pre-paid FedEx label to send in your orders. Data Entry/Reports We do the data entry and provide complete, easy-to-read reports by school, class and individual. Bar Code Scan Verification All orders are bar code scanned for accuracy before packing. Seller Packed Orders Each student's order is packed individually and includes all products sold, their original order form attached to a packing list and their prizes. No sorting, counting or matching up orders is required by you. Re-orders and Adjustments All handled quickly and efficently and sent from our Northern California warehouse.
